I’ve been a teacher for many years, sharing my love of art and history with students of all ages. Alongside that, I’ve spent decades researching my own family tree, following the trails of ancestors and uncovering their stories. For the past 10 years, I’ve also had the joy of lecturing and teaching others how to dig into their own family histories. I hold a B.A. in General Studies with an emphasis in history and humanities, as well as a M. A. in Teaching. What excites me most about genealogy is that it feels like being a detective—every record, photograph, or document is a clue to the mystery of who I am and where I come from. Through Let’s Find Family!, I get to combine my two greatest passions: teaching and genealogy. My goal is to make family research approachable, engaging, and fun because discovering your roots should feel like an adventure.
